If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please notify us within 7 days of your receipt of goods.
Please send a picture, your order number, and an explanation of your request to: info@thenaturalafrica.co.za.

Please note: This only applies to products purchased off our online store. If you purchased the goods from a retailer, please contact them directly.

Returns and refunds:
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (up to 10 business days).
